From Facebook to face-to-face
Hello foodie friends ! It’s time. We’ve been in Facebook far too long! It’s time we get together for some great dining experiences. I’ve (Jen Burke) decided to host vine-to-table event in September. I’ve found a great location in the Lavaux (outside if the weather is good. In a historic building if it’s not great). However, we are working on the assumption that it’s going to be great weather and the dining experience will be outside with incredible views.
I’ve asked active foodie member and talented chef Tamsin of Bonapp74 to head up the menu planning and food preparation. (She’s accepted!) . A few foodie members have volunteered to help with the food prep (THANK YOU). And wine educator Marc Checkley has volunteered to guide the wine tasting/pairing discussion.
Head chefs: Tamsin & Michelle from BonApp74
Food team: Dewi S., Dina M., Dejah M., Jen B.
Wine educators: vingeron & Marc Checkley of DrinkMoi

About our vigneron host
As the grandson of a winegrower and a resident of the Lavaux region, Arthur Duplan grew up with the desire to make wine and to own his own label.
This is Arthur’s first year as the vigneron of the Domaine Tour de Marsens. 2020 is his inauguration release of wine from his first year (AND WHAT A YEAR THAT WAS!).
His Désaley Chasselas Grand Cru and his Gamaret come from the two hectares of vines around the historic Lavaux landmark Tour de Marsens.
We hope to make this evening a memorable experience for both our guests, and this young vigneron.
