An itinerary that allows you to wander at your own pace
The first stage of this hike will take you from Montreux to Morges, in 6 days,
taking the vineyard paths. Gourmet stops at various restaurants are planned,
and tastings will awaken your taste buds throughout the day. In the evening,
your charming hotel will welcome you for a restful night and a panoramic
dinner.

Itinerary for this 6-day, 5-night wine hike through the Swiss wine region Lavaux
Day 1: Montreux
A visit at the Château de Chillon / Fort de Chillon is recommended. depending on the time of arrival – 3,5 kms/40 min & return. Entry fee: CHF 12.30 pp. Reduction with the Montreux Riviera card.
18.00 Private wine tasting at hotel by
the winegrower.
Presentation of the different wines (white, rosé, red) as well as some grape juice, cider, sweet wine and bubbly, all crafted at the Domaine.
Swiss apéro (local nibbles) served with it.
19.30 Diner @ Hotel – to be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
Day 2: Vevey
Departure after breakfast for La Tour de Peilz – 7,5 kms / 1h30
12.30 Lunch & reservation confirmed @restaurant – Please announce your arrival if late. Lunch to be paid by the group directly to the restaurant.
Walk from La Tour de Peilz to Jongny – 5,5 kms / 1h30
18.00 Private wine tasting at winegrower nearby.
Day 3: Lavaux
Departure after breakfast for Rivaz – 5,7 kms / 1h20
12.30 Lunch and reservation confirmed @ restaurant – Please announce your arrival if late Lunch to be paid by the group directly to the restaurant.
Walk to Grandvaux – 6,2 kms / 1h30
17.30 Private wine tasting at winegrower.
19.30 Diner @ Auberge – to be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
Day 4: Lavaux ends
Departure after breakfast for Aran-Villette, accompanied by a certified guide, you will discover all about the history of Lavaux Heritage site.
12.30 Lunch stop & private wine tasting @ winegrower.
19.30 Diner @ Hotel (or at one of the recommended restaurants in the village).
Day 5: Lausanne & surroundings
Departure after breakfast for a village by the lake on the way to Morges, following the lake trails – 11 kms / 2h20.
12.30 Lunch & reservation confirmed @ restaurant in a village by the lake –Please announce your arrival if late.
Walk to Morges along the lake – 6kms /1h20
17.00 Wine @ hotel or at the winegrower hotel’s domain.
19.30 Diner @ Hotel – to be paid by the client directly to the hotel.
