Caprice du Temps makes quite a few reds. My favourites are their Pinot Noir, Cornalin, and Cuvée Margarita. They have two versions of the Pinot Noir: Classic, aged in stainless steel and their special reserve: Goutte Noir–aged in oak barrels.

The Cuvée Margarita is a blend of Cornalin, Syrah et Humagne rouge-aged in oak barrels–and is named after my sister-in-law. The description says: “…a marriage of fruitiness and spiciness without going overboard.” A nice description of the wine…and my sister-in-law.
