Discover the different dimensions of champagne and small independent champagne houses

Part of my mission at Edible Switzerland is to find yummy things that aren’t available in the main stores, regions, or supermarkets. Which is why & how I’ve been concentrating on bringing to you delectables and treats from my favourite regional farms or artisanal producers.
Last December, Lorenzo from Champagne Concierge reached out to me to talk about what they are doing for small houses of Champagne producers from France. I loved their story, so we decided to offer their discovery box here on Edible Switzerland.
Every quarter, they curate 6 bottles of champagne that they offer to their mailing list. They call it their Champagne Discovery box. 199 CHF for six exquisite bottles of champagne. This quarter’s box will let you discover some exceptional crus, with a strong focus on some outstanding Blanc de Noirs (pure Pinot Noir), two vintages, and one perpetual barrel.
Discover their first champagne box of 2022.
Stay tuned for our series of Champagne Brunches in the park experiences I’m are planning for the spring and summer (throughout Switzerland).
