Grill Tapas: A Big Green Egg Discovery Evening

Join us on the terrace of Domaine Neyroud-Fonjallaz winery overlooking Lac Léman for an evening of cooking, tasting and discovery. Throughout the evening, John Daly will demonstrate practical outdoor cooking techniques while a series of small dishes are prepared and served. Whether you already own a Big Green Egg or are simply curious about ceramic cooking, you’ll leave with new ideas, new recipes and plenty of inspiration for summer entertaining.

This isn’t a showroom demonstration. It’s an evening of cooking, tasting, learning and sharing ideas around the Big Green Egg.

Ask questions, exchange ideas with other EGG owners, and see how these techniques can be applied at home.
