Planning a private group or corporate event with Edible Switzerland means more than just booking a date — it’s about creating a tailored, memorable experience for your team, colleagues, or guests.
This page begins our collaboration. By completing the inquiry form below, you officially engage us to start developing your custom event concept. This first stage includes:
- Sourcing and proposing suitable locations
- Engaging caterers and food & beverage partners
- Coordinating with team facilitators or activity leaders
- Preparing a customised concept and formal quote
To begin this process, we require a CHF 250 engagement deposit. This deposit ensures your event receives dedicated research and planning time, and it will be fully credited towards your final event invoice if you proceed.

Client Engagement Agreement
Edible Switzerland – Private Group & Corporate Events
This agreement sets out the terms of engagement between Edible Switzerland (“we/us”) and the Client (“you”) for the organisation of group events.
Engagement
By entering into this agreement, you engage Edible Switzerland to develop and present a tailored event concept for your group.
Our initial services include:
- Identifying and proposing suitable locations.
- Engaging caterers and food & beverage partners.
- Engaging team facilitators or activity leaders as required.
- Preparing a customised event concept and formal quote.
Deposit
To begin developing your event concept, a non-refundable deposit of CHF 250 is required. Once you send your request, you will be redirected to a payment link.
This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your event if you proceed with a booking.
Proposal & Quote
Once the deposit is received, we will:
- Develop and share an initial event concept tailored to your needs.
- Provide a detailed written quote including locations, catering, facilitators, and logistics.
Event Confirmation & Payment
If you approve the event concept and quote:
- A formal Event Agreement will be issued covering the terms of service, final numbers, cancellation terms, and payment schedule.
- The CHF 250 deposit will be credited to your final invoice.
If you do not proceed, the deposit remains a fee for concept development.
Terms
- All prices are quoted in CHF and exclude VAT.
- Edible Switzerland engages trusted partners but does not assume liability for third-party suppliers.
- We will work collaboratively with you to ensure a smooth planning and event experience.
Acceptance
By sending your inquiry, you confirm agreement with these engagement terms and the CHF 250 deposit requirement.
