Micro Brewery in the heart of Lausanne (S, the Nebula bottles dreams born from a mix of experimentation, tradition and friendship.
“Brewer: Kouros Ghavami. Founded 2014 in Villars-Ste-Croix by Arthur Viaud, Kouros Ghavami and Jeremy Pernet, the brewery started a very fast growth and soon relocated to Renens. The output of 840 hl in 2014 climbed to 3000 in 2015 and is reaching nowadays about 4000 hl. The brewery has 20 employees and offers 8 core beers + a dozen of one shot brews. You can expect a solid quality and a great diversity.”
